Kendra Wiley, Esq., is the Founder of Wilestone Legal PLLC, and an attorney with deep expertise in clean energy, equitable access, and sustainable real estate. She is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Wilestone Legal PLLC, a boutique law and consulting practice based in Washington, DC, that provides services in business formation, grant audit and compliance, and green building compliance.
Most recently she worked at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Solar Energy Technologies Office, where she managed projects that expand equitable access to distributed solar, strengthen consumer protections, and support workforce development. Her background includes policy and program work at the DC Department of Energy and Environment, service as Legislative Director for DC Ward 5 Councilmember Zachary Parker, and consulting on green building and real estate compliance.
Kendra is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she frequently volunteers with UrbanPlan, a classroom and workshop program that teaches participants how to navigate the complex trade-offs of urban real estate development.
